I have been working in the field of mental health for over 10 years and have a diverse training background and work experience. My clinical interest has been in the areas of diversity and inclusion and exploring an individual’s unique relationship to their race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, and other intersecting identities.
I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi with sensitivity to a variety of cultural issues. In addition to talk therapy, I utilize mindfulness exercises, as well as CBT skills to help you develop a deeper relationship with your body, your mind, and your emotions.
