About Me

Being an immigrant, I have been touched by people's stories of pain, love, joy, and suffering. I believe that through sharing our individual stories and allowing me in your space, to see YOU for who YOU are has a restorative power for growth and healing.

Therapy Style

One of the fundamental principles for my practice is the belief that everyone has the capacity to learn, grow and change. At times it comes down to understanding about therapy, motivation, and economic privilege. My approach to therapy is to work through a collaborative, multicultural and attachment lens. I will sit and listen to you, and together we will embark on your journey of exploration so that you are not alone.

Telepsychology

Access to culturally competent healthcare always has been essential for me. I am a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania. I can also provide telepsychology in other states under PSYPACT. All of my sessions are conducted virtually over a HIPPA-compliant video platform. If you plan to use your insurance benefits, please confirm that your specific plan will cover telehealth sessions.
